In an attempt to bring a fresh new look to Credit Karma’s corporate Identity, I explored a fictional brand refresh targeted towards Gen-Z and Millenials. Countless young adults reported feeling left behind in life with their finances. Many feel overwhelmed and uncertain on how to approach personal finances let alone credit scores. The goal of the brand refresh was to pivot in a direction catered towards consumers with novice knowledge on credit. Pulling away from a typical finance brand identity, I reworked the brand guidelines to emphasize empathy and learning.
